Full Prepayment is required to secure your accommodation booking. Accommodation rates include Breakfast and Dinner unless otherwise indicated. Changes to your reservation may be made to stay dates within a specified time period however no refunds will be applicable. Rates are subject to change without prior notification. Tourism Levy and Tax is additional. Rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservation.
100% of the total of the reservation is required within 48 hours of making the reservation. If 100% payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without informing you.
Cancellation and Changes to Reservations
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. You may change your reservation at no charge, 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total of the reservation. No–shows will be charged 100% of the total of the reservation. During peak times of travel, the hotel reserves the right to close this window to 21 days.
Included in your Reservation
Rates include overnight accommodation Breakfast and Dinner unless otherwise indicated. Children Stay for free, up to a maximum two children up to the age of 12 when sharing with their parents in applicable room types. If the child is over the age of 12 then additional charges will apply.
A Limited number of rooms are available for each promotion. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions. Block out dates may apply.
Kruger Gate Hotel reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at their discretion.
Commissionable Rate: only applicable to the room portion of the rates only. Applies to IATA registered tour operators, further T&C’s may apply.

The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Credit/Debit cards that are used to make the booking must be presented upon check–in at the hotel. Food must be redeemed in restaurant, excludes in–room dining.
