We booked half-board and an additional 60-minute massage – absolutely heavenly! The ambiance, technology, and professionalism of the spa are truly unparalleled.

The location right at the Kruger Gate is perfect for safaris. We booked a full-day safari through the hotel. With only two other couples, we had plenty of space in the vehicle. Our guide/driver was superb, spotted many animals, and explained everything in a very engaging way.

Since we started our safari early, we always received our breakfast as a packed lunch – excellent organization. Dinner each evening was a large, plentiful buffet with regional and international delicacies. Highly recommended!

Tolle, großzügige und moderne Hotelanlage mit einem sehr schönen Ambiente. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders praktisch sind der eigene Shop, mehrere Restaurants und Cafés, ein Fitnessstudio sowie der schöne Spa-Bereich.

Wir hatten Halbpension und zusätzlich eine 60-minütige Massage gebucht – absolut traumhaft! Sowohl das Ambiente als auch die Technik und Professionalität im Spa suchen wirklich ihresgleichen.

Die Lage direkt am Kruger Gate ist perfekt für Safaris. Wir haben eine Full-Day-Safari über das Hotel gebucht. Mit nur zwei weiteren Pärchen hatten wir angenehm viel Platz im Fahrzeug. Unser Guide/Fahrer war großartig, hat viele Tiere entdeckt und alles sehr interessant erklärt.

Da wir früh zur Safari gestartet sind, haben wir unser Frühstück immer als Lunchbox erhalten – super organisiert. Das Abendessen war jeden Abend ein großes, reichhaltiges Buffet mit regionalen und internationalen Köstlichkeiten. Klare Empfehlung!

The hotel is a great place to stay, the location to Kruger National Park is the best. The safari tours they offer cover everything you need. The guides when on safari are friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals and vegetation. The staff around the hotel are polite and friendly. Trotern who looked after us at dinner was amazing, Bongeka and guest relations were also amazing in booking safari for us.

Al liggend zie je hippo’s, kudu’s, krokodillen en meer. Ook het eten is overal geweldig (evenals de head chef). De game drives zijn heel goed geregeld en de guides altijd super enthousiast (vraag vooral naar Culture). Ook de transfer naar het hotel en de panorama tour waren goed geregeld. Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Krügergate. Entfern6ng gerade mal 4 Minuten. Sehr freundliches Personal, Donation war so hilfsbereit und eine tolle Frau. Machen alls möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. DAS Essen sehr lecker, für jeden was dabei. Der Infinity Pool direkt am Fluss, wir könnten Flusspferde 6nd Gazelle beobachten. Alles im ganzen , unbedingt buchen.uns Zweli war sehr zuvorkommend.

Relaxing time at Kruger Gate Hotel. Staff were wonderful, rooms were comfortable. Incredible view from the pool area (see hippos and other wildlife from here). Convenient safari tours booked through the hotel. Suggest improving safaris by starting the afternoon drives at 2pm instead of 1pm, for better viewing of the animals around sunset.

This place is exceptionell and in a class of its own.Yes, the hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and everything else you could wish for. But what makes it even more special is the sincere and welcoming friendlieness of the staff and their professionalism. Wow!! We had an amazing stay at Kruger Gate Hotel and cannot recommend enough! The staff are anll incredibly warm and helpful, the rooms well sized and the food delicious - particularly the pool bar.
The viewing deck from the pool is phenomenal and so active with wildlife, worth an afternoon!
The safaris were excellent, Harold was an exceptional guide with immense knowledge of the animals, flora and fauna and such passion for the job. The safari with Harold were a particular highlight of the trip!
Make sure to check out the craft stands in front of the hotel, incredible carved items made by the talented women from local villages.
Thank you to everyone at Kruger Gate Hotel who made our trip so wonderful!

ticked every box for me. welcome greetings, porters, room, food and the safaris. this is a one stop experience. from airport pick up with Surrender to Douglas our sunrise driver/guide and Floyd were great guides. also booked a safari with SANPS also fantastic. endless choice of evening meals and fabulous breakfasts. the nicest staff, helpful, friendly and professional. book it.

It was simply wonderful. Visually, the hotel is already a real eye-catcher. But the service is truly outstanding! I travel a lot and have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Moreover, the cuisine is extremely delicious, and the selection of dishes is varied and beautifully presented. The location right next to the Paul Kruger Gate is optimal.

Fantastic stay at Kruger Gate hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a large comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of Gluten free options. We loved watching the monkeys at breakfast. The dinners were also very tasty and loved enjoying a drink round the fire after dinner. The main reason for our trip was the safaris. We did one each of the morning shared and the afternoon shared which were both good but our highlights was the full day private safari. It was organised great, they gave us a breakfast box before we left for the day and stopped at the local golf club for lunch. The hotel arranged all our safaris and airport transfers and it all ran super smoothly & we saw the big five. Also to mention the spa was great and lovely to have a massage overlooking the river with elephants in. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We had an amazing honeymoon stay and an unbelievable safari experience at Kruger Gate Hotel. Special mention to Harold our safari guide, his knowledge is world class and made each drive very memorable. If you get him or request him you will have an amazing time!

The whole team at the hotel were so helpful and we had the friendliest service I can recall at any hotel!

This place is absolutely incredible, all the staff are so friendly with a lovely disposition. Dinner is in a beautiful outdoor setting with such a wide range of beautifully prepared dishes. The safari Organization was superb with breakfast packs prepared in the mornings ready to take at 5.30am and they even have a barista on hand for those needing a good coffee. The location is right in front of the Kruger gate and you can see hippos, kudu, impala and crocodiles from the infinity pool area.

E um excelente combo de conforto

Das Kruger Gate Hotel liegt unmittelbar vor dem Paul Kruger Eingang zum Nationalpark.
Wir hatten ca. zwei Tage im Voraus für zwei Nächte gebucht, und dann noch eine Nacht velängert, weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Für den ersten Tag hatten wir auch über das Hotel eine Ganz - Tages - Safari gebucht, die bestens organisiert war, und uns, obwohl wir bereits vor drei Jahren mehrere Tage Safari in Tansania erlebt hatten sehr gut gefallen hat. Leider konnten wir daher einen Morgen das Frühstücksbuffet nicht genießen, aber das lunch package war auch ok. Den nächsten Tag nutzten wir um nochmals mit dem eigenen Wagen den Tag zu erkunden. Natürlich hatten wir am Vortag von unserem Fahrer gute Tips erhalten. Die Hotelanlage vermittelt den Eindruck als ob man bereits im Park sei. Sie liegt direkt am Sapie River, der auch die Grenze des Parks darstellt. Vom Pool aus sieht man auf den Fluss, und kann schon das ein odere andere
Tier beobachten. Das Abendbuffet konnten wir dreimal im Freien genießen. Nicht nur der Essbereich sondern auch das Buffet war erlebenswert. Hervorzuheben ist auch die herzliche Betreung durch alle Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt nochals toppte.

What a wonderful place. A real haven beneath the trees. It\'s impossible to find fault. The staff were exceptional, the hotel\'s design and layout enhchanting and the range of food and its presentation quite amazing. It was a magical, memorable stay.

The food was wonderful, beautiful property with very nice rooms. Secure, onsite parking. Great housekeeping and staff.

Geweldig verblijf: de mensen, de kamer, het zwembad, het eten, alles is perfect en iedereen ontziet je. Jammer dat we hier maar drie nachten verbleven.
