Disclaimer of Liability

Hotel guests agree as a condition of their stay at the hotel, that Kruger Gate Hospitality (Pty) Ltd, and the owner, manager and/ or operator of the hotel and their affiliates and respective shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively Kruger Gate Hotel) shall not be responsible or liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any accidents or any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction or damage to any property, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the Kruger Gate Hotel. Hotel Guests irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Kruger Gate Hotel in respect of any responsibility and / or liability of such claims.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in time 14:00. Check-out time 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Extended check-out and/ or early check-in will result in additional charges.

Acknowledgements

Guests / Guest party acknowledge that:

The wireless internet connection available at the hotel is unsecured and that hotel guests utilise the internet at their own risk. Guests hereby indemnify and hold Kruger Gate Hotel harmless against any loss or harm of whatsoever nature and however arising, whether direct or indirect, from the dissemination of any data through the use of the hotel’s internet facilities.

The public areas of the hotel and general hotel premises are monitored by closed circuit television. Guests consent to the use of any surveillance material in a court of law should such use thereof become necessary in the sole opinion of the Kruger Gate Hotel.

The Kruger Gate Hotel reserves the right to determine acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of guests. Guests will be required to leave the hotel if they are causing a disturbance, annoying other guests, or hotel staff or are behaving in an otherwise unacceptable manner in the sole opinion of the
hotel’s management.

The Guest/s is responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the rented accommodation or contents during their stay. The guests agree to advise hotel reception as soon as possible of any such
damage.

Guests are personally liable for all charges incurred during their stay and if guests do not check out at the front desk prior their departure, guests authorise the hotel to process all charges incurred during their stay to the credit card presented on check-in.

The Guests are fully aware of the real danger and risks associated with game reserves and the Kruger Gate Hotel, arising from the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects and the real risk of bodily harm, injury, death, damage and / or loss of property which may arise as a result of an encounter with the aforementioned.

Guests accept full responsibility for the actions and safety of the children under their control. The nature of the game reserve and hotel environment is such that it is potentially dangerous for children, and guardians are expected to control their children to prevent them from harming themselves.

Guests understand that there is a risk of contracting Malaria, and that they take full responsibility for taking the necessary prophylactic medication to minimise the risk of contracting malaria.

Guests accept that all matters arising from, or in connection with this document, its validity, existence and operation, shall be determined in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
