Our refurbished facilities comprise of four fully equipped event rooms – and more than 200 square meters of event space, while our lodge-style 4-star hotel caters for up to 255 GUESTS.

The Nkanyi Suite experience

We offer small groups of up to ten people an exclusive Kruger experience that is ideal for private family or corporate team getaways. Our Nkanyi Suite and three adjoining Kruger suites provide upmarket accommodation and services for discerning travellers. The spacious living area consists of an elegant lounge, indoor and outdoor dining and meeting areas. A sparkling, exclusive swimming pool is set in the secluded patio fringed by spectacular trees. The suite includes a kitchen with a butler service for private dining occasions prepared by our top chefs.

The River Boma is the ideal venue for an Authentic African outdoor ceremony. We offer a choice of exclusive dining venues, ideal for private receptions and gala events, featuring authentic South African hospitality and culture, that can accommodate small to large groups. Local artists such as marimba bands, African dance troupes and choirs are available to provide authentic, stirring entertainment. Throughout your event, our attentive staff will be on hand to ensure that your special Kruger-themed event with us is an outstanding success.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

Conference and Hollow Square

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant “boardrooms” for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.

E-Shape, U-Shape & T-Shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Reception

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Schoolroom or Classroom

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
