Kruger Gate Hotel expands offering at its Fitness Centre

As health and wellness becomes more of a priority for people, they seek travel experiences that support these lifestyle choices.

Kruger Gate Hotel has made numerous upgrades and enhancements to the Fitness Centre on the property.

The space has been expanded and a range of new equipment added for guests to use, and enjoy a comprehensive workout experience.

The cardio section now boasts four treadmills, two stationary bikes and one rowing machine, alongside leg press and fixed bench press machines. New dumbbells in a greater variety of sizes have been added and the Fitness Centre has also been kitted with more stretching mats and areas for flexibility training.

These renovations are part of an ongoing investment into upgrades at the property to ensure a guest experience of the highest quality.

“Fitness, and wellness more generally, is of growing importance to many of our guests and being able to offer them a beautiful, modern space in which to exercise is an offering we’re very proud of,” says Miguel Farinha, Hotel Manager of Kruger Gate Hotel.

In the Fitness Centre new state-of-the-art equipment sits in a thoughtfully designed space with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the property’s lush garden, ensuring an experience that engages all the senses.

Wellness at Kruger Gate Hotel is a holistic experience, with plenty of options for embracing wellbeing. The Fitness Centre is a key amenity, available to all guests, while those who prefer a more serene form of wellness can head to Dee’s African Spa on the property. The spa, magnificently situated on the Sabie riverbank, offers a menu of signature spa treatments, all with a uniquely African flair.
