Our experience was phenomenal..the stay was amazing from the security at the gate to the help desk and the management team were very friendly and helpful…ohh I can not forget Refiloe and Miguel and the team at large…they were exceptional…

From the moment we stepped into Kruger Gate Hotel it was like stepping into paradise.
I cannot praise the staff enough, thoughtful cheerful very friendly, the catering staff presented a variety of beautiful dishes every day.
The facilities were brilliant, rooms were spacious with extremely comfortable beds. And the view from the pool area onto the safari park were amazing.
I would highly recommend Kruger Gate Hotel to anyone visiting South Africa, especially first time visitors wanting to experience the Safari Park.
As someone with gluten intolerance, I often find it stressful to try new places, worrying that I\'ll be limited in my food options. But Kruger Gate Hotel took away all my concerns! The chefs, Respect and Anette, were absolute stars, ensuring that I had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. And if I wanted something specific, they\'d happily whip it up from scratch!
The food was truly out of this world! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and I was blown away by the creativity and care that went into preparing each meal. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about providing an unforgettable experience.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at Kruger Gate Hotel, so many memories made by our families over the 4 days.
The grounds and facilities are spectacular, I’d also like to make a special shout out to Tshepo who looked after us at the Pool bar/Boma our trip wouldn’t have been the same without his personal touch and pride in his work didn’t go unnoticed.
We will return again no doubt, thankyou.
Wonderful hotel with an excellent viewing terrace to watch the comings and goings of the local wildlife...1st day, we spotted an a bush elephant and nile crocodile, with so many different species of antelopes at the waters edge. Food excellent and rooms very spacious. The staff were so helpful.
L’hôtel est magnifique. Bien placé (à même pas 5 min de la porte Paul Kruger) nous avons décidé de réserver un safari privé. Le guide était top et a tout fait pour que l’on puisse voir les big five - malheureusement les animaux ne l’ont pas souhaité ce jour là. Mais aucun regret. Les grands comme les petits ont été ravis.
La piscine de l’hôtel donne sur l’une des rivières qui traverse le parc. Nous avons ainsi au le privilège de voir des singes, des elephants, des kudus… depuis notre transat.
Les buffets sont excellents et le personnel très aimable.

Na porta do Paul Kruger Gate, staff cordial, quarto confortável, comida deliciosa, e vista para a savana que permite ver bem pertinho a vida selvagem do viewing deck do hotel (vimos girafas, elefantes, hipopótamos, impalas, macaquinhos, sem precisar sair do hotel).
Staff were excellent, dinner in the Lapa was amazing with so many options. The pool overlooking the Sabi riverbed was especially great. We spotted a number of different wildlife including hippos and elephants whilst enjoying our morning coffee.

I can\'t fault this place. Everything was amazing, from the rooms and facilities to the location, views and food. Seeing animals wander by whilst swimming in the infinity pool is just incredible.
