Soft Refurbishment of the Deluxe Rooms at Kruger Gate Hotel
We are pleased to share that, as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience, Kruger Gate Hotel will begin a soft refurbishment of our Deluxe Rooms from 21 July 2025, with completion anticipated by 29 March 2026.

This project will follow a carefully planned phased approach, ensuring that the hotel remains fully operational throughout, with no guest relocations required. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption and maintain the high standards of service and comfort our guests have come to expect.

Please take note of the following during this period:

- Refurbishment will be limited to specific room blocks at any given time.
- All communal areas and facilities will remain open.
- We are working closely with contractors to ensure noise is kept to a minimum and scheduled for periods least likely to impact on the guest experience.

Urgent maintenance work on our main Infinity Pool
From 21 August, Kruger Gate Hotel will be undertaking unforeseen urgent maintenance work on our main infinity pool. This essential work is expected to take approximately 8 days to complete.

Please note the following:

- The repairs will be limited to the Pool Deck area only.
- Some noise and dust may be experienced during working hours due to the use of mechanical tools.
- All guest rooms and hotel facilities will remain fully operational and unaffected.
- Our brand-new self-catering infinity pool and family pool will remain available for your enjoyment throughout this period.
